Anybody hunt Region C ?

I put in for Deer Region C. Have been looking at area 31. I haven't decided yet. 31 looks to have decent amount of BLM and fewer hunters with high success? Anybody hunted here or have any advice?

31 and 113 are almost the same units in location in question.

Thanks for the info. I've called the only three landowners on the list for 31 with no luck. Looks like I'll be up in areas 17 19 26 and 29 along the powder river. If anyone has any advice on an area to hike in a few miles or a good place to get away from everyone or anything I'd appreciate it. A pm or email would work too. Thanks.
