Application screw up?

For the first time in 10 years, I didn't receive a letter or email telling me I didn't draw. I checked the website and sure enough, I didn't. I applied on line, like always. Does this mean they didn't get my application, or has anyone else never received notice that they didn't draw. Thanks.

I think I heard somewhere that there were a bunch of applicants that were left out of the drawing. You might want to look into that. I think I read that somewhere on this site.
