Archery season is just around the corner!

Well archery season is right around the corner boys and girls! I'm already chomping at the bit. Looks like Im only going to have the first two weeks until the guiding gets heavy So my question is... Who's ready to let the dogs out?

you know I am found a couple bulls within driving distance from the house two worth going after but where they are it will only be worth going in opening weekend then they will be run out of there so hope i can beat everyone.

I'm ready, should have a good year! (thinking positive)I have my eye on a few average deer, and a bear... we'll see how it pans out.

We found some elk in unit 10 that were very interesting...We'll be chasing them one week from Saturday! Stay tuned and i'll share some successful pics (hopefully)!

Rarin' to go for sure. Will spend most of the time hunting the same busy unit I usually do.....the sh!t-show is half the entertainment. We are into elk/elk sign every day we are out so that keeps me comin' back anyhow. Always a magical time of year!!!

Good luck in 10 bldrbuck! Keep me updated on that and feel free to give a call if you guys are needing some places to look for a bull. Pretty bummed I wont be out there doing an elk hunt this fall. Maybe my uncle will draw next year (knock on wood) I'll be in 201 in october for dad's antelope hunt though.

Good luck to all you archery elk guys. I dislocated and chipped a bone in my ankle Aug 4 so I'm layed up at home this year. I'm going freaking nuts. My brother and I put in a lot of time learning a new area last year and found some great spots and now I'm stuck on the couch dreaming and fuming. Share the pics when you get them; they may be the only archery experience I have this year.
