Has anyone been able to even check there card on file? I get to where it says to enter last name and full order number on receipt, I copy and paste the order number from the email receipt and it tells me only numbers and letters can be used. I take out the few dashes that are in the number and same result, what am I doing wrong?

Maybe you’re copying blank spaces, like before or after the order number? Sometimes that happens when using copy/paste. Also, make sure you include DRAWAPP.

I guess you could manually enter every letter/number and try that.

That's right. Duh. I was just hearing a buddy complaining about missing the deadline. Guess he must not have read the emails and application booklet.
