Looks great. 35 to 40 years ago I made my wife a dinner with whole Cornish game hens. That was the last time I cooked them whole. She said it to much like a small bird. I laughed and to her that’s what it’s suppose to look like. ???
Had to cook them in pieces after that. Go figure, she has no problem cutting up and eating a whole chicken or Turkey. Don’t even want to talk about the quail I cooked. ?
