Anyone heard any bugles in the Pioneer zone. I'm leaving tomorrow and wanted to see what the bulls are doing.

heard bugles since the opener. yes they are ramping up.

Called in a nice 5 point and herd Bull Saturday night, had 4 bulls fired up. Just missed the shot. RIP Lil Bro' "Huntnfever"

Not a thing is going on right now in that zone. Been up past sun valley and down by fish creek and no rut action yet. Too dang hot as it was almost 90 yesterday up there. Seen 9 elk in 4 days of hunting.
