Burris 1x Scope

I hope that this is okay; I have just listed a Burris 1x muzzleloader scope in the classifieds. Good deal if you need one. FWIW

Out of curiosity, did you replace the Burris 1x with another 1x scope...wondering what you didn't like about the Burris. I am using one but haven't been following the 1x market...wonder what else is new out there in 1x.

Honestly,

I decided to install a peep sight as that is what I am most familiar shooting with. Over the past 6-7 years I have shot a muzzleloader with a peep sight. I purchased this scope when I bought my Knight Wolverine 209. I like the scope and it has been very reliable, but I just like the peep sight better when I am target shooting.

I did like the scope while hunting as the crosshairs are very useful in lining up the shot, but I shoot a lot more at targets.
