Thanks guys.
Was up with Hastings Brothers Outfitters in Manitoba.
Had 6 bears come in the first night, one sow that was the fattest/biggest bear I have ever seen, but I wanted a nice boar. 2nd night only had one little one come in. 3rd night as I was getting into the stand at 3:50pm and my guide was baiting, he turns around and whispers, "There is a bear right there!" and points back into the brush. My guide leaves, he is no more than 50 yards away and I can see this guy coming in. Him and a sow are in the bait for about 10 minutes before I can size him up and get a good shot on him. He went about 75 yards and was done, I got the shot on video too.
I shoot a Matthews Swithback @ 70 lbs., Easton Axis 340 arrows, and for bears I use a 125 grain Muzzy Phantom b-head.
Happy hunting.
