60 degrees, and raining. Might as well spend two hours watching the Players golf on the TV. Sure was a great excuse to cook!!

2#, 2" thick boneless ribeye. Stuffed mushrooms and red wine garlic butter mushroom pieces. Baked sweet potatoes with butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

In my defense, the RV has limited resources and space to stockpile equipment. While I have everything I need at home, I have been searching for an antique 8" Griswald or Wagner here with no luck!!
