Planned a special Valentines dinner for the wife with new cast iron I found. Then we had to go out of town! Boo!
Tonight I made up for it. Prime tenderloin filet, crab and shrimp stuffed Halibut, asparagus, and those apples I made. Yum!!! Got to use my $1 cast iron American eagle trivet too.
