Chicken Fried Panko Sausages and Pepper Gravy

Got a wild hair to core out some Bacon and Bourbon sausages, and stuff with extra sharp cheddar cheese. Egg wash, spicy dry mix, then egg again and final dry coat. Had too many pans going, so over cooked about 15 seconds, but they were great. Lots of crunch. Wife enjoyed her chicken and green beans too!

I've never seen anything like these before. I don't have to assume I would like them. I'm sure they are good. Way to be creative!
