Chili Dogs

Properly grilled franks are a treat, and the crisp snap of the casing is superb. Chili dogs tonight, with cheddar, onions and jalepenos. Add in a nice salad to top it off.

Yup, did hamburgers and hotdogs for the game last weekend. Went to Sam's club looking to buy Hebrew National but no luck. Bought their store brand all beef one and they were excellent especially after loading them up with chile and cheese. Of course I had to add fresh green chile as well...ol family tradition.
