If you will be going through Laramie as well, stop at the Prairie Rose. Best breakfast burrito I have ever had...

Their green chili is very good. I typically get the breakfast burrito smothered in it but it's good on a burger as well. They were featured on DDD not too long ago.

No chile is a Mexican sauce. Chili is some Cracker ass food with meat and beans or just meat.

There used to be a place in Rock Springs years ago that had the best burrito with a hot sauce that would curl your hair.
I forget the name is was on the Main drag in town

15ish years ago there was a Mexican food truck the used to set up shop down by the Albertsons. It was damn good and they could bring the heat.

That lady used to get me lunch ready for me everyday

Naw Mom's home cooking only cooked Breakfast and Lunch the other ladies served up their cooking more at night
