It was 76 degrees yesterday. Figured some BBQ was a good idea.
Tritip, shrimp, sourdough, baked potato and raspberry kale salad.

Never a bad time for either tri-tip OR big shrimp!!!

Yet ya lead off with 76°.......... tri tip smell-o-vision would be a nice addition right snout now. Nicely cooked.

Looks good. I was going to BBQ some of my elk tenderloin yesterday but everyone in my family was too sick to eat a big dinner because of all the junk food treats and sweets they ate earlier in the day. ?
