Me too! My favorite is going to a local restaurant for breakfast after St Patrick's Day.

This was the Hormel Mary Kitchen style. Handy in the RV cause there's no extra grease to get rid of when cooked. Little 7 ox can with a pop top is perfect for a single serving.

I too like the canned Hornel, use a paper towel to get as much excess grease out as possible. In Texas on a whitetail hunt now, wish I'd thought to bring some. Oh well, chorizo and eggs will work tomorrow morning.

Here in AZ for a few more months. I really need to go local, and shop for more better spicy food!!
