Dall sheep hunt

I've been looking into an alaskan dall sheep hunt with rampage alaska. Anyone hunted with them or have info about the outfit? These hunts are not cheap so just wanting to make a good decision. They are horseback/backpack hunts in the alaska range.

I'd book with Jonah's Alaskan Outfitters. Never heard of the other one you mentioned. Jonah's record is incredible and he doesn't take many hunters. Best of luck.

Make sure to call all the references you can!

no knowledge of them. i went with alaska remote guide service. my recommendation is to not only call references of successful hunters but also unsuccessful hunters. and ask how long each of their guides has worked for them. if they are churning through guides every year or two there is a problem with that outfit.

I've hunted the area next to the area he works.The guides I went with had good things to say about him.
