Foodie Friday: Whip Up A Great Venison Marinade!

Well-prepared venison doesn't need much more than a little salt and pepper, we know, but now and then a marinade can give an extra flavor boost to our favorite meat.

We invited some good friends over for dinner yesterday. Started with French Onion soup and a green salad, then marinated muley backstrap with garlic mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy and green beans. Delicious food! Sorry no pictures
