DH Question

If a DH takes a deer each year for their first two years, can they still apply for a deer point or LE deer tag on their 3rd year? Kind of hard to figure out in the proc.

LAST EDITED ON Jan-20-09 AT 11:04AM (MST)[p]it thunk so. i bought a CWMU landowner tag my first year in the DH. then i could hunt the next two years without sitting out a year. so as long as you get a different tag you are good to go.

Thanks one_dry! I guess I just put in for LE deer and if they reject me oh well. But then if I am rejected I get no bonus point! Its so hard to call the DWR and sit on hold all day then come to find out their not too sure.
Anybody else been in the same situation?
