There should be a better use of time than checking the state webpages and fourms every hour for days ahead of post dates. Sites like this could set up mailing lists for each state, you can add your e-mail if you want, and once the state posts, everyone on it can be e-mailed. I guess the first to see it could ding the person in charge of mailing.
