Duck hunting

Hey, I've recently picked up duck hunting in the fort Collins/loveland area. I've been doing well for the most part but my spot in currently frozen solid. I'm looking for anywhere with open water to hunt. I was thinking mabye poudre canyon?

Muleman, I think that is a great tip. I wish I had thought of it. I've read that waterfowl crash into the Boise State field. I've also been told that it's bs. I don't know, but I'll try a blue tarp.
