Ever turned in Doe Tags ? Antelope

We have member of our group that cant make the annual trip.


Can he turn in his tags, so some one else could get them.

I'm calling tomorrow to find out. I wondering if anyone had ever done it before?

Only will be refunded if they have health problems or death.Must send documintation with the license.Other wise forget it.

A refund is irrelevent, we would like to get them back to someone that could use them.

i once tried to trade a license that I drew for a leftover in another unit and it was a no way deal.Was told what you draw is what you hunt no trading,so I thought it was a no go.
Nice thought though .
