Family favorite finger steaks my kids and grand kids love them and with Gravy wow it doesn't get much better that this.....

Just plain old white pepper gravy; make a blonde roux and cook the mixture.
5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 1/2 cups whole milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper

Your peppercorn sauce would be great with the finger steaks!!

I thought maybe it was the cilantro/lime sauce. My bride picked up some up the other day, but I haven't tried it on anything yet.

Had a few left over and some fries, so gonna re-toast them, and try that sriracha aioli for a dip also.
