SS and 50 and 95. The picture is facing south. The van was travelling through Moundhouse and Dayton at a high rate of speed, heading East. He hit a steel sculpture on the western edge (similar to the one in the picture), flattened it and ended up on the eastern side of the roundabout. I did not see any skidmarks. KTVN said he was intoxicated.
