Thinking about diet and exercise got me to wondering. I haven't changed MY oil in a while!! We are gonna ease into this diet thingy in stages.

Blue Cheese Cole Slaw Dressing
3 slices bacon, chopped and crisp (packaged real bacon bits will work, in a pinch)
1 small head cabbage (about 2 lbs), shredded rough (food processor)
2 medium carrots, peeled and shredded fine
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper (I used white, so you don't see all the specks)
4 oz blue cheese or Gorgonzola, crumbled
 
I couldn't tell what the meat part was -- beef, pork, veal, etc. I'll need to try finger steaks. I normally just pound the chit out of a sirloin hunk, then batter & fry whole.
