No secret, just use Hi Mountain Original Jerky Cure, cut back on the seasoning packet and replace that amount with Ghost Pepper Seasoning. I used 1 1/2 tablespoon of Ghost Pepper Seasoning with about 9 tablespoons jerky seasoning on 10 lbs meat.
