Greek baked beans

Interesting concept. I have only seen them done with baby limas, or butter beans. lots of veggies and halved cherry tomatoes. more or less, a veggie stew!!

I had some flageolet beans so I just used those. Carrots, garlic; onion. It called for whole crushed tomatoes but since I make can my own San Marzano sauce have to use that. Topped witch parsley and feta. First time I have made it….pretty tasty
