The first grind is easy. i seem to always forget the second grind is a killer.

Depends on which grinder you have. Mine chews it up as fast as I can feed it.

Tighten the nut down tight. Then tighten it some more.

My Cabelas Carnivore 3/4 hp does some good grinding. I made snack sticks with it too. They came out good in the Masterbuilt.

Keep your meat real cold and cut the cubes across the the tough stuff, really helps.
