Who wants to help me make sure there's at least one sweet high country pic a day posted to this thread? I'll try post one every day, hopefully others will join in and post there own pic each day.

Just a little something to remind us what it looks like on top..................

Here is a pic of my High Country Deer hunt pic after the storm finally cleared after 4 days. Beautiful!!!

This is an experience I will never forget! an awesome sunset that day, however still had 3 miles to get to my Dad and another mile to truck after that. Ran out of water, dehydrated, hallucinating, climbed the same peak 3 times in the dark, slide down a slide, nearly walked off a cliff and lost feeling in all limbs. Dad was not happy with me that day, but made it off the mountain. :D

Guessing this is from The Bison Range? Love that area! Live and worked out of St. Ignatius for a few years.

Wow! I don't recognize the mountain, but it resembles so many places I have been, and there is no place better than the boulder-strewn slopes of the Great Basin. Thank you DesertBighorn, you have made my day. I hope you get to enjoy the "good ol' days" again, soon.
