Dealt with medicos all day, and finally got the MIL home tonight. Another reason to be excited!! Wife settled for leftover tenderloin, potatoes, and more fresh carrots. I thought that "Slap Yo Mama" Parmesan shrimp with bacon, and a blue cheese wedge salad sounded good to me!!

Hey Blank ! I'm jealous. I've been too busy to cook a good one except my Pulled Pork and babybacks last Saturday. We have 42 pints now of Chili Verde along with too many other garden produce out up either canning or freeze drying. This weekend we will finish the whole kaboodle !

Heck, I'm the one should be jealous. We haven't had 42 minutes to ourselves, to do any of the normal summer and fall gardening and putting up for winter.
