The wife is out of town, and I have no adult supervision. Does a man's imagination turn to sex, drugs, and rock 'n roll?? Heck no; how about hot spicy Italian sausage with peppers and onions??? Yes, I am weak, and allowed myself to have a second one. Even better!!!

I did Italian hot sausage last night in Tomato sauce with mushrooms and roasted red bell peppers.
My Mom used to fix that for us it is comfort food to an Italian for sure......

I like to put Brats,Onions,Green and Red Bell Peppers in a crackpot with a can of lager and some salt/pepper. Cook on high for 4 hours. Serve on toasted hoagie roll with a splash of the juice.

Both of those sound like winners. This was just everything mixed in with home-made marinara. Lots of cheese and fresh rolls.

Haha. I've been loading up the freezer with leftovers of all these meals. The little RV microwave is gonna be working overtime every night down there!!!
