Its finally official, Utah has debited my card for the, huh, huh, $1513, so I guess I am going mountain goat hunting. After looking at my application, it seems that I applied for the Beaver unit, which is for females only - don't ask me why I applied for this hunt, other than decent odds. Any advice? Is there a significant difference in billies and nannies in this unit - what I mean by that is, with such low hunting pressure, can the nannies reach true trophy quality? Thanks for any help.

If I am reading the numbers correct, 37% of the Goats entered in P&Y are nannies. So if ya use a bow..... you could arrow a 'book' goat....

I can't seem to find any 'sex' numbers for B&C.......

Be safe..... don't look 'down' much in traversing the mountain !! ha
