...the passing of the last slab of my Xmas prime rib roast.
It further saddens me, knowing I'll need to switch to my stashed rib steaks.
Anyway, last night I decided to use my peppercorn sauce rather than au jus on the meat. It was good. The taters are refried baked ones from a leftover half. A mixed salad w/avocado & Italian dressing provided the roughage.
