ISO southwest Colorado meat packers

Anyone have any recommendations or know of a meat packer in the Delores area of Colorado? I’ll be heading out in early sept for an elk hunt and was just trying to line out a packer or 2 for a back up plan in case we end up to far from the truck with a bull down. Thanks for any info someone is willing to give
