Baby shrimp, peppers, and asparagus with tomato basil sauce. Lots of mozzarella, parm, and Panko crumb topping. Salad with parm wafers!!! Burp. :)

I’m gonna remind you Chef Blank……… OutdoorWriter was putting away the groceries by the wheelbarrow full right up to the end. Don’t go wasting that tidbit of wisdom he left us………. 🦉
 
I treat oregano like cilantro. A little is good, too much ruins the dish for me. A good Italian blend is good
 
For me, any cilantro is too much cilantro. I eat it when I’m out but never buy it for use at home. 😝
