I picked up a copy of his newest cook book, some pretty good recipies in thar. I've got a question in return, does Mr. Zumbo have an infatuation with black bears? Seems every show he has on the outdoor channels, he's huntin' black bears.

One of the best books I have put my eyes to is Elk Essentials. It is from the North American Hunting Club. It covers strategies, planning a hunt on your own or booking a guided hunt, calling strategies, as well as equipment and many othe topics. If you need more info go to there site. Good luck
