looking to next year

I just finished my first elk hunt and had a blast know i am hooked.
I was wondering what the thought was about unit 7w? I know a couple of guys that have done pretty good in that unit but they are gun hunters and i am a bow hunter. They also said they get drawn about every third year if i am look at the odds right that is imposible looks like about 6-7 points to get drawn as a nr. Any thoughts?

You may get lucky and draw it in 3-4 years, but realistically 8-10 as a nr. Its a good unit to hunt. I would put an easier draw unit as a second choice

You should have fun chasing elk with a bow in 7W; a friend helped a guy take a bull out of there in a short time this season, they had a ball.
