Just wanted to share my story about my excellent experience with Colorado parks and wildlife. I had a 62 3rd season rifle tag last year. A week before the hunt my hunting companion which was my father in law had their house burn down. Along with some of my gear we stored in the garage and all of his gear. I contemplated on whether I should go alone or just pass on it. Well losing the gear I couldn't afford
To replace at the time and just the complete stress of the whole ordeal I decided to throw in the towel. I got the refund papers I needed and shipped em out. It says expect 90 days to hear back well it kinda slipped out of my mind in the mean time and before long I wondered what had happened. I never heard a thing back. I looked online and saw no points had been added and figured I better call. I called and was told I'd receive a
Call back from the proper person. Well once again it kinda slipped my mind for several more weeks as I was busy with work and life. Well I decided to call again I came to find out they didn't receive anything from us apparently. The lady had informed me they went thru some position changes and that somewhere along her getting the job and the last person they got lost. She shipped all the necessary paper work back and after sending proof of the fire and etc we were informed we got a point refund back even after the draws took place. What a crappy situation but they made it right! There was more to it but this is the short version. Anyway I really appreciate their willingness to be understanding and work with us. We now have our PTs back and will be looking to burn them up next year!
