Manicotti, leftover sausage and peppers, apple walnut Cole slaw, and fresh garden veggies with Balsamic glaze for salad. Oh Man!!!

I have to agree. But more apples and walnuts than cabbage made it edible. An entire antipasto platter would have been appropriate at my buddy's house, and his Mom would have stood there at your shoulder until you took one of everything!!
