Maple Sausage Balls w/ Apples, Pecans, and Cheddar

Great as appetizers, but we love them as a dinner with other sides. Jimmy Dean Maple sausage (can make your own, just add maple syrup), diced apples, pecans, cheddar cheese, a little Bisquick or flour, and some cinnamon. Dip them in sweet chili sauce, honey mustard, or even Chik-Fil-A sauce.

Creamy white sweet potatoes, tender garlic-butter snow peas, and a caesar salad with some Parm crisps. If you want them pretty, dice the apples up twice as small, but we like the crunch!!
