Try www.publiclands.org - they have all the BLM maps for each section of Wyoming, and really any state. I think the maps were like $9.95 or so when I ordered some from them last year at this time. The maps helped me with my first antelope hunt and finding BLM land, good maps for the money.

Much better deal to order the maps from the BLM. Only $4 apiece, and no shipping. I ordered a stack of them from the UT BLM last year. Made a quick phone call and had 7 maps on my doorstep within a week for $28.
