Meat Packing Unit 45

Does anyone have any ideas of who might help with packing meat in unit 45? Does NM law require a registered outfitter for such services?

There is a cattle processing plant outside Las Vegas,NM. I heard that they process wild game in a refrigerated truck on the company grounds.
