My sympathies to those who lost their homes and businesses in Denton. There is more to this fire season than poor forest management, and the deer habitat ain't what it used to be, either.

I leave that to you to decide. But, there is no question that carbon dioxide traps heat. And NASA reports that the carbon dioxide concentration in earth's atmosphere has increased by 45% since the beginning of the Industrial Age, much of it the result of human activity.

Now, if I wake up sweating, only to find that my wife tossed yet another blanket over me as I slept, I cannot rule out the possibilty that I somehow contracted malaria; nevertheless, it could be the blanket.
