I don't know legal words lol but it appears the jury trial was vacated. Not really sure what all that means. Also looks like Erik may have new cousnel I just saw the update from the case on Idaho icourt

Rumor has it there was a plea deal. I heard sentencing will be around the 20th of the month if the plea deal sticks. That’s why the trial was vacated.

Not likely. It gets real old seeing these guys walk with a slap on the wrist. Being a repeat offender, anything less than loss of hunting privileges will be a slap in the face to honest sportsmen.

Saw him on the Instagrams with another "epic archery buck".... post was complete with all of the sack clinging cronies... all negative comments pummeled bybthe fan boys then deleted...

Worst part is he won't get chit for punishment and will cite God and justice as his saviors and how he knew they would prevail...

Rumor has it, his personal medical Doctor/Expert witness highly recommended a plea, mostly for health reasons, but also his God given right to feed and provide for his family. Best of luck in the remaining hunts.
