Muleys near Green Mountain Area

We are looking at hunting area 94 or 96 for archery muleys. We were interested in the green mountain area. Do any of you know anything about this area for muleys or any advice for the big ones?

The deer numbers have declined significantly over the years in 96. Being a general license area, it gets hit hard. The G & F is more focused on managing elk and I think the elk have helped push some of the deer out. Expect to see a fair number of 2 & 3 pts...

What is the best area for region E for nice muleys? We were thinking areas 94,95,or 96 but if the numbers aren't there we would rather concentrate on another area. We've never been to that area so don't know what it is like. We wanted an area with public land to hunt with bow. Whats your thoughts? Thanks
