My boys archery antelope ...

my 40+ years of hunting!!!

My wife took her antelope early, And my boy harvested
his Saturday morning, on our 13th day of hunting ..

I've never had so much fun watching two hunters BECOME
archery hunters. It was both their 1st successful archery hunts.
And I witnessed both,,,,Truly a special family hunt....

And my wife's buck from 2 weeks ago ..

Gawd I love the Paunsaugunt!!!

Thats a nice buck your son shot. He must be a diehard to stick with it for 13 days. It had to be awesome watching both of them get their first archery animals. Congrats to the whole family on a successful hunt.

That youngest one is ready now!
That's all he talks about " when he gets his tag " what
he's going to do ............

He's seen some stuff too, A mountain lion shot over dogs,
watched his mom shoot a 6 point bull, his brother kill a deer,
4 ARCHERY antelope now, All with him standing right there ...

Plus we got his hunters safety earlier this year and let him
start on the turkeys last spring ...
He did AWSOME! One shot, One kill!!, out of a blind..

wow great job to all of you. What an accomplishment especially with a bow. One of the items on my bucket list. Did they spot and stalk or waterholes?

When We were there the monsoons were pounding away!
Water EVERYWERE, the antelope could get a drink out
of puddles anywhere, took water completely out ..

Did it all spot and stalk ..

Tyler managed to take a pretty nice buck (deer) during
the rifle hunt last week as well,,, Fantastic season for a 14 year old kid!
