Non res Colorado elk archery ends which year?

Why limit the question to Non-Res? CPW took away RES archery elk OTC at the same time as NR on the Grand Mesa. They made zero distinction as to residency.
2028 is my estimate of when all CO OTC elk will be gone. All OTC elk, Res & NR, Archery, ML & Rifle.
All OTC needs to go. No sense in distinguishing by residency or tackle type.

Should go into affect for R and NR 2025. But they are OK with Rifle being OTC?

Exactly, it just pushes pressure to 2nd and 3rd OTC while folks point bank. My voice has fallen on deaf ears at the meetings.
