Looks like there were 3 tags available for the type 1 and 5 for the type 2. Not sure which one you're asking about?

With 9 points it shows 100% chance of drawing the type 2 in 2019. The type 1 you would have needed at least 11 points to have a chance.

What is the difference in type 1 and 2 isn't type 2 a different season ?

Type 2 is October 1-15. Type 1 November 1-15.

O% odds to draw that tag in Special as it took 11 to be in the game. There were no random tags in the Special, so that too would be 0%.

Might want to look at the regular priced tag random.

We hunted it this year on the November hunt.
We spoke to the warden while we were there and he told us the Deer and Antelope had a pretty hard time over the 2018-2019 winter and it was a pretty high mortality rate?? We saw a decent amount of Deer but not what you would hope to see on a late hunt.
I am not sure how the early hunt is, my guess is it can be pretty weather dependent.
My Dad drew a special tag with 12 points as a non resident.
