Open Archery Hunt in Dec.

My buddy and I didn't draw any tags in NV so we decided to come south to hunt deer. I've hunted javelina in 18b but that's about it. Any help on areas to hunt would be great. Not asking for honey holes. We'll go North or South in the state. Thanks in advance!!

So are you wanting to hunt deer too. its a little bit tuff now that they closed alot of the winter archery units but it is still fun to get an archery pig tag and hunt deer at the same time.

Yeah sorry I didn't clarify. I'm looking for info on mule deer for the archery hunt. I just found out that I was unsuccessful for pigs.

There are quite a few leftover javelina permits. You have already purchased a 2009 license, so a combo archery javelina and mule deer hunt is feasible in Jan.

Get one of the left-over pig permits and purchase the OTC archery deer tag and go hunt 18B as there are good bucks in that unit.
