The girls only wanted their left-over sandwiches from last night's card game, with a salad, and asked me to make cherry Jello for dessert. That was easy and so that freed me up to do my own thing. The grocer got in a big shipment of fresh littlenecks and Cherrystones so I suckered into two dozen. Steamers in butter, and red wine clam sauce linguine pasta!! I think a dozen each way is perfect. Delicious, and there's left overs. !!
