No muss, no fuss, and mostly paper plates and bowls. Getting lazy this weekend!!!

We make ours in a “disco” which is a disc blade turn into a wok style cooker. Grilled chicken piled onto onions and peppers cooked on the disco with tortillas heated around the edge. Will have to find some pics of the last time we cooked them. Or maybe Imjust cook some more and take pics!

Yes, cooing on a disco (cowboy wok) is super easy, and great for large groups. We have several at the deer lease in Texas that get used all the time.

Here’s my disco/cowboy wok. Haven’t used it in a while as you can tell. I’m missing one of the legs (18”)
